Before you buy
- Who posts the comments, and where?
- Not you, and not from your account — we never ask for your Instagram password. The comments come from third-party accounts through our delivery partner, and land under fresh public posts from the accounts and topics you name as your targeting.
- When am I actually charged?
- A credit leaves your wallet only when a comment is confirmed posted. Orders that fail, or that the panel never delivers, cost nothing. You can see every delivered comment, and the post it landed on, in your dashboard.
- Do comments expire if I stop?
- No. Credits never expire and there is no subscription. Pause or stop a promotion and the balance stays exactly where it is until you use it.
- Can I get a refund?
- Credit purchases are final and unused credits are not refunded — instead they never expire, and an undelivered comment is never charged. If something goes wrong on our side, write to support@spriga.co and we'll put it right. Full detail in the Terms.
- What happens when I run out?
- The promotion pauses itself and we email you — nothing is lost, and topping up restarts it on its own. Turn on auto-refill and we charge your saved card before you get there.
